The City of Belton has canceled its contract with Jim's Disposal effective July 19, 2019. Until that time, please continue to use your Jim's Disposal cart, as they will continue picking up through July 16. There will be a plan in place for Jim's Disposal to pick up their carts, although we do not have those details at this time.
On July 22, 2019, WCA will begin providing solid waste/yard waste/bulky pick up service to residential customers who are eligible for city centralized trash service. Please use your Belton trash cart. Solid Waste
The City of Belton will provide a 96-gallon trash cart to each eligible residence. Each cart has a serial number assigned to an individual street address, not to an individual customer. Please do not move the cart from its assigned address. To verify your cart, please email

The monthly cost is $15.61, which includes one 96-gallon trash cart, year-around yard waste pick up, and one bulky pick up. The bulky pick up with be one item each month. The second full week of each month will be Belton's bulky pick up day. Please put your item out on your normal pick up day with your regular trash. No White Goods and no "regular trash" or loose trash for bulky pick up.
Yard waste - Yard waste will be picked up year-around.
*residents may have up to 10 biodegradable bags per week or 10 bundles of limbs per week or any combination thereof, up to 10
*yard waste pick up will occur on your normally scheduled trash pick up day
*all yard waste must be to the curb by 7am
on your assigned day to ensure timely pick up
*all grass clippings and leaves should be in biodegradable brown paper leaf bags (NO PLASTIC BAGS)
*all limbs/ shrub trimmings/ tree timings must be securely bundled in less than 18" in diameter. (use twine or string; no tape or plastic) Maximum length is 36" and maximum weight is 60 pounds.
**things NOT accepted - plastic of any kind, dirt, rocks, stumps, roots, shrubs with intact root balls, or plastic/clay/ceramic pots**
