This position is responsible for supervising the daily vehicle and equipment maintenance operations for the City of Belton. The Chief Mechanic reports to the Street Superintendent. </a></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span> </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>Duties include supervising the repair of all vehicles and equipment used by the City; overseeing parts and equipment purchases; maintaining records of all maintenance and repairs performed; and scheduling warranty and other repairs performed by outside sources with expedience and accuracy.
